Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, I'm unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to me. If you experience any issues with your download, receive the wrong file, or believe there’s been an error with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of your order. I'm happy to help resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.

All policies are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
