All template purchases are for personal and small business use only. You may not duplicate, resell, redistribute, or claim any part of the template or included materials as your own. You may not use these templates to create derivative works for resale or to offer as client work.

Web designers, brand designers and other service providers in the design industry are not permitted to purchase templates or use them in client projects. Doing so breaches this agreement and will result in revoked access with no refund and potential escalation.

Glowup Days

Glowup Day bookings are time-based, not deliverable-based. Your deposit secures a dedicated window in my schedule and is therefore non-refundable. You’ll be contacted within 2 business days of purchase to begin the planning process.

The planning process in the lead up is a really important part to ensure that the design intensive can happen as it’s intended to. Failure to communicate in a timely manner before or during your booked day puts my ability to what was intended at risk. I can’t work on your digital casa if it’s not clear what you want, if I haven’t been shown around, or if I don’t have the keys to get in, etc.

I will work through our agreed-upon priority list from top to bottom, as efficiently and thoroughly as possible within the allocated time.

Ghosting in the lead up to / on your booked day means you're still required to pay for the day as it was allocated to you, sorry.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, copy, and training materials remain the intellectual property of PEARLER. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

PEARLER is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or loss arising from the use or misuse of any product or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian legal system.
