About Me
Why me?
[Beautiful collage of portfolio work / screenshots / websites / branding]
I've spent over ten years helping people transform ideas into brands people fall in love with.
My work sits somewhere between strategy, storytelling, design and intuition.
I don't just make things prettier.
I help places become unforgettable.
Normally my work is commissioned as standalone projects.
This residency is a chance to go much deeper.
To spend months immersed in one place.
To notice the little things.
To slowly build something special together.

FAQs
-
The core of brand, website and one focus stays the same. The details can flex, and we'll shape them together on our first call.
-
Our process begins as soon as you sign on. Usually this involves:
• • • An initial discovery call (up to 1hr)
• • • Gathering inspiration collaboratively
• • • Questionairre + preliminary homework
• • • Action plan and timeline
→ Even if you miss the slot you want, this is why it’s wise to start the conversation sooner than later. -
Remember… more prep time = better outcomes.
Refer to the above question - we do a lot before the actual formal start date you get assigned. -
No. Whether you're on every platform or none, your website becomes a direct way for guests to book. Many owners keep the platforms and use their own site to rely on them less.
→ This feeds into the wider conversation about owning your audience —
• • • 3rd Party platforms have the benefit of exposure and the downside of commissions and little customer data.• • • Likewise, investing all of your marketing energy and money into Instagram is risky, because these platforms are fickle. Email marketing is wiser, as you own your data.
-
Possibly. If everything else aligns beautifully, I'm open to chatting.
Curious, but wanna be reminded later?
Leave your email and I'll let you know when spots or new offers open.

Meet Baloo
[Large beautiful portrait of Baloo. Maybe lying amongst ferns or beside an old stone wall.]
Every residency comes with one extremely gentle Great Dane.
Baloo has spent years living on rural Australian properties alongside horses, wildlife and wide open paddocks.
He's calm.
Ridiculously affectionate.
And completely convinced he's a lap dog.
I know a dog won't suit every property.
That's perfectly okay.
For the right place...
I suspect he'll fit right in.
What does a Creative Residency actually look like?
[Illustration / timeline / notebook sketches]
For one dedicated day each week I'll work exclusively on your property.
Maybe that's...
redesigning your website
creating a beautiful booking experience
planning email marketing
photographing seasonal content
designing printed guest guides
creating social media templates
building artist residency branding
documenting the story of your property
launching retreats
improving guest journeys
creating welcome emails
designing signage
creating digital products
brainstorming entirely new ideas together
Or maybe something we haven't even thought of yet.
Every property is different.
That's the fun part.
Eyebrow: Creative exchange opportunity
Heading: This might be a little unusual…
I'm moving to Ireland in March 2027. Rather than simply finding somewhere to live, I'm hoping to find somewhere I can genuinely contribute.
The dream isn't free accommodation. It's becoming part of a place for a year, and leaving it more beautiful than I found it.
Many of the most beautiful places are rich in land and history, but short on time and budget for marketing. If that sounds like yours, this might be the answer.
Heading: What does a residency look like?
One dedicated creative day each week, on your place, for a full year. Over twelve months, that's enough time to notice the little things and build something special together. Maybe it's:
your brand, website and booking experience
seasonal photography and guest guides
welcome emails and socials
signage and printed pieces
the story of your place, documented properly
or launching retreats and other new ideas
Or something we haven't thought of yet. Every place is different, and that's the fun part.
Heading: Meet Baloo
Every residency comes with one extremely gentle Great Dane. Baloo has spent years on rural Australian properties alongside horses, wildlife and wide open paddocks. He's calm, ridiculously affectionate and completely convinced he's a lap dog.
I know a dog won't suit every place, and that's perfectly okay. For the right place, I suspect he'll fit right in.
Heading: Who this might suit
Layout: a mosaic of property-type tiles.
Tiles: Heritage estate · Country house · Stud or stables · Boutique accommodation · Retreat centre · Wedding venue · Regenerative farm · Artist residency · A family home with big dreams
What I'm hoping for: a cottage, converted stable, caretaker's cottage, apartment or cabin, with enough space to live and work comfortably.

Paid Legacy waitlist (small panel, email field only):
Would you rather pay than host? A paid 12-month Legacy may open in 2027: the same slow, year-long creative partnership, without the cottage. Leave your email and you'll be the first to hear.
[Email field] [Keep me posted]

Maybe this isn’t for you, but…..
Perhaps while reading this, someone popped into your head. A neighbour, a friend, or someone with a great property who's always saying, ‘We really need help with our marketing’. I’d be so grateful if you passed this page on. The best opportunities usually begin with "I know someone you should meet…"
I'd love to become part of your place for a season and leave it more beautiful than I found it... and, hopefully, leave you with a property that's even more unforgettable to the people who visit it. — Katie
